Analizaranse os factores que favorecen ou dificultan o di\u00e1logo entre as partes, a redacci\u00f3n de cl\u00e1usulas claras e aplicables, e a introduci\u00f3n de innovaci\u00f3ns sen comprometer a s\u00faa eficacia. Tam\u00e9n se tratar\u00e1n os momentos m\u00e1is oportunos para optar pola mediaci\u00f3n fronte a outras v\u00edas, as\u00ed como propostas para mellorar a formaci\u00f3n das persoas mediadoras.
